and research agenda

Digital technology is changing how businesses survive, forcing established companies to completely rethink their plans, how they are organized, and how they make money. While many studies have looked at digital change in specific areas like healthcare or marketing, we still don’t have a clear, big-picture view of how these “legacy” companies either take the lead or simply react to these shifts.

To fix this, our researchers from Imperial College London and their partners analyzed 68 high-quality academic papers from fields like strategy, innovation, and management. Their goal was to move beyond messy, fragmented ideas and provide a clear roadmap for the future.
